Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging

  • Includes all accessories, parts, manuals, and documentation

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

To initiate a return, email support@luminarylabsonline.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send instructions for the return.

Note: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used kits/reagents

  • Final sale items, clearance products, or gift cards

  • Customized, personalized, or assembled-to-order items

  • Items missing packaging, safety seals, or essential components

Exchanges

Need a different kit, variant, or replacement part? Email us at support@luminarylabsonline.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on stock availability.

Refund Processing

Once returned items are received and inspected:

  1. We’ll notify you via email

  2. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error)

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage/incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will promptly send replacements or issue a full refund—no extra charges.
